I am almost obsessed with building things! My thirst for knowledge provided me practical tools. With TheBlueprintWorks, I take every opportunity to use these tools - to lay foundation, to build and repair - individuals, families and communities. So...
In the years after I failed psychology, I asked
all kinds of questions about family dynamics, personal and social relationships and decisions. Then there were the years I wondered what to do with all of the answers that seemed to burst forth from random interviews, small group sessions, books, inquisitive harassments of people in my space, and of course, life experience.

At some point along the way, I realized that my efforts and experiences became viable fragments; I am indeed, living on what I have left: fragments of friendships and loves lost; shadows of memories; pieces of hopes, dreams, and ideas; shadows of my former self - yet I am more solid now than ever: because I think differently. I have been transformed by the renewing of my mind.

Engaging with people - coupled with making mistakes - provided me a loaf. I can break off bits and pieces from what I have gathered up and share them with you. It is my goal that our classes and workshops will be eye-opening!

WHATEVER has happened in your life - whatever comes - I encourage you to gather up your fragments…so that nothing that you have left...is lost.

Kai Brown, PMP

Minster Kai Brown was born in New York City and currently is a resident of San Antonio, Texas. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1996. She was called into ministry in 2000 and God lead her to seminary, where she received both a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Ministry.

Kai was ordained as a prophet of God in 2019. Prayer is her focus, and she knows that God has called her to pray and share what He has given her with His people.
​
Kai’s most impressive accomplishment and blessing is being the proud mother of an amazing, young man of God, Kristopher. She believes that the destination of her journey is guaranteed as a child of God. She also believes that the journey is to be taken as God gives it, because that is God’s process of preparation for what He wills in our lives.​

Kai is a published author of When God Births the Ministry. Books are available at amazon.com bn.com and local book sellers near you. She is determined to walk in all that God's Jeremiah 29:11 plan for her life. She is the founder of Speak Life Christian Ministries.
Jordan I. Bonner, MA, Psychology, Education

"A native of Houston, Texas, Jordan Bonner left home at the age of 14 to attend St. Andrew's School, a boarding school in Middletown, Delaware. This life-altering decision was invaluable, allowing Jordan to meet students from all over the world and position himself to attain greater educational opportunities.
Jordan went on to attend Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. He was a student-athlete, serving as a member and captain of the Men’s basketball team for 4 years. Upon graduating from Wesleyan in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology, Jordan decided to further his education by attending the University of Cambridge in England. He obtained his Master’s in Psychology and Education.
While working as the Program Director in the non-profit, educational sector, Jordan discovered his love for coaching and joined the Group Works Coaching and Consulting program (ICF certified) to further his knowledge and expertise in the field. The culmination of his past experiences has helped him to thrive in this space, as he partners with his clients to reach their personal and professional goals. Shortly after completing this program Jordan moved to the United Kingdom and switched careers to Human Resources at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) in Cambridge, England.
Outside of his profession, Jordan is a husband, service pastor at his local church, Blueprint Works champion and lover of God and people.
